Are your items microwave and dishwasher safe?

YES! With few, rare exceptions, all Riverlane Studios pottery is microwave, oven and dishwasher safe. Care of your pottery is easy. Avoid sudden drastic changes in temperature. Pouring a hot beverage into a cold mug could cause cracking. See additional use and care instructions here, including special instructions for teapots and cookware.

Do you offer custom orders?

YES! I love custom work. If you’re looking for something special, please contact me. For more information or to place a request for a quote, visit my custom orderpage.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale?

Bulk and wholesale orders are considered on a case-by-case basis. Due to time and space constraints, I cannot accommodate all requests. Please send me an email at riverlanestudios@gmail.com to inquire about pricing and availability.

What is your processing and shipping time for orders?

Ready to ship items typically ship within 2 business days. All items are shipped via USPS unless otherwise requested. Shipping time varies based on location and shipping speed selected at checkout.

Estimated shipping times:

  • United States: 1-5 business days
  • North America: 3-5 business days
  • International Orders: 2-8 weeks

I cannot guarantee shipping times. Once items are handed off to the postal service, the delivery speed is out of my control. If your package is taking too long, seems to be lost in the mail, feel free to contact me. I’ll do my best to help, and can provide all the details needed to help you file a claim with USPS.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

Do you accept returns or cancellations?

I do not accept returns on custom, personalized, or made to order items. If you have a problem with your order, please contact me so I can make it right. If an item arrives damaged, please send a photo of the broken piece to riverlanestudios@gmail.com. I’ll send you a new one – however, it may take 2-3 weeks for the new order to ship.

Returns on ready to ship items will be accepted on a case by case basis only. You must contact me within 14 days of delivery, and, upon approval of return, ship items back within 30 days. Return shipping expense is the buyer’s responsibility. Please package returns carefully with the original shipping materials so they withstand shipping and handling.

Due to quick processing times, cancellations will only be accepted if requested before the order has been processed. Please contact me immediately if you’d like to cancel.

How can I tell what size something is?

Items are photographed in the maker’s hands or with a ruler to show actual size. Measurements are also detailed in the description of the product, including volume in fluid ounces for all drink ware.
